Upright T-Rex Music is an audio company that specializes in custom music & sound design for all media.
Ross and Cody founded UTX in 2011 in NYC and have since composed for brands like NBC, Oxygen, Vox, Bloomberg, Netflix, Lego, and Riftweaver.
In 2013, they created the sound for the game DOTS, beginning a nearly 10-year collaboration as the dedicated composers for the gaming studio. In that time, they crafted all of the audio for Dots, Two Dots, Dots & Co, Garden Tails, and countless unreleased titles. The success of Two Dots saw over 150 million downloads, 10 full albums of original music, and thousands of pieces of sound design.

Ross Wariner
Composer / Producer / Arranger / Mixer
Before UTX, Ross studied Composition in Nashville with dreams of being a 1960s light music composer.
In his free time, Ross produces, arranges, and mixes for artists and labels. He has recorded orchestras in Nashville, NYC, LA, and Prague.
If you can ever get him out of the studio, you’ll find him watching a Cubs game or enjoying a Ray’s Mistake at Tiki Ti.
Cody Uhler
Creative Director / Composer / Producer / Mixer
Cody specializes in drinking too much coffee and creating musical concepts for projects. Thoroughly inspired by experimental studio production and composition, he loves the challenge of making even the strangest idea feel accessible.
In his free time, he's usually studying Japanese or watching horror films.
